Mary is hosting today’s challenge, Christmas.
As usual anything you care to enter is fine, a card, scrap layout, mixed media piece, some home decor, as long as it meets the Christmas theme.

I don’t know about you, but I get a bit “carded out” when making Christmas cards – I seem to need more every year, and sometimes a card that is quick, simple and easy to batch make just fits the bill.
I like clean and simple (CAS) – my cards rarely have an abundance of layers – and especially white on white cards and this one was so easy to make.
The base was my favourite white card, scored and cut to be 6 x 6 inches. Onto this I layered another piece of the same white card, cut slightly smaller that I had run through an embossing folder and put a small dot of Tonic Nuvo Glitter drops in the centre of the “stars” running across the centre banner.
Onto this I put a hunkydory topper deck card, which I had matted and layered with rainbow mirri card.
One insert with standard christmas greeting later… it was ready to add to the pile! The beauty of this design is that I could use any number of topper deck cards and they all fitted in with the scheme perfectly.
This is the last challenge for 2018 – I hope you all have a lovely Christmas, and a Happy and Healthy 2019!
